Platforms with adoption numbers
A platform nobody uses is a hobby. I’m no hobbyist.
At CyberGRX I redesigned the build and deploy process, presented it, and had every engineer in the org shipping with it within 3 days. Deploys went from quarterly manual events to on demand.
I led the migration from a legacy PaaS to a multi-account AWS EKS platform meeting SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 requirements, with a GitOps CI/CD pipeline that accelerated deployments 30x.
At Inception Health I designed the CDK patterns application teams used to ship HIPAA-compliant microservices themselves, and built mobile CI/CD that turned TestFlight and App Store releases into self-serve deploys from git.
At Block Party I designed and built the framework behind the company’s internal AI coding bots. The newest platform customer is the agent, and the same adoption playbook works on them too.
For the keyword scanners: CDK, Terraform, EKS, Flux CD, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions, SOPS, Packer, Go operators. Every one of them attached to a platform above or on the resume.
The day-2 receipts
Left Inception Health’s product and mobile teams running their own deploys, shipping without waiting on me or anyone, by designing the CDK patterns they consumed and training them on CDK and CI/CD until they did.
Put Food Service Warehouse’s Node.js teams on the fastest release cycle in the company in 2015, out-shipping the C# teams around them, by bringing Docker and Kubernetes to a vSphere shop.
Run Managoat as a product strangers sign up for and operate without me, on a codebase the agents wrote themselves, by giving it sandboxes, scoped credentials the model never sees, published limits that refuse in plain words, and an audit trail anyone can read.
